1. Service Scope

Wopitcip provides specialized legal advisory services including Rights Defender Pro, Contract Fortress, and Compliance Navigator. Services are delivered to businesses and organizations within Germany. All services are subject to German law and applicable EU regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, complete information for service requests
• Users assume responsibility for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• Users are prohibited from misusing services or violating applicable laws
• Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

5. Data Protection & GDPR

We process personal data in compliance with GDPR and German data protection laws. Data is used exclusively for service delivery and legal compliance. Users have rights to access, rectify, and delete their data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Limitation of Liability

Wopitcip's services are provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Legal advice does not constitute guaranteed outcomes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Termination does not eliminate liability for previously rendered services or data protection obligations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, and materials provided remain the property of Wopitcip unless otherwise agreed. Users may use materials solely for their internal business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Wopitcip maintains strict confidentiality of client information except as required by law. Client communications are protected under attorney-client privilege where applicable under German law.

8. Modifications

Wopitcip reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved through German courts in Leipzig.
